Why would my property require space clearing?
Often I am asked to do a property space clearing session to ease or eliminate specific issues.
Is there something odd going on? One rental property owner kept finding dog mess on the doorstep and was having trouble finding new tenants. This all went back to normal once the session had run.
Trying to sell but nothing is happening? Several house sales I have assisted with have not been progressing for no apparent reason. There might be a weird pattern happening. For example, one that was getting first viewings then no feedback and no second viewings. After the session it was sold within a matter of days.
The aim of the session is to change 'sticky' or heavy energy that is causing peculiar patterns of activity. Where the problem comes from is not something I enquire into, it might result from something to do with the current occupants, previous owners, or something even further back. That doesn't matter. My work is done with the intention of finding the best way forward for all concerned, leaving no loose ends energetically.
What does it involve?
I need some basic information from you about your property (see below) to be able to run the session.
For the session, I use my shamanic skills and an e-Lybra9 bio-resonance system to space clear and facilitate greater flow and ease within the property.
The amount of time required varies. I keep going until my dowsing says everything I can do at this time has been done.

I was struggling to sell my house as my timing to list just before a world wide pandemic hit had made buyers very nervous.
Although I had a lot of interest and lots of people through the door I could not get any traction. Carol mentioned as part of her wide variety of solutions she offers she could run a program to clear my home of any negative energy to help connect the right buyer to my house. 10 days later ... 2 buyers ... 2 offers ... Sold full asking price in the most turbulent house market in decades !!! Amazing I keep pinching myself this happened and cannot recommend this service enough .

I've had a fairly unusual journey to becoming an energy medicine practitioner.
In 1980, I completed a science degree and went into a long career in Corporate Information Technology, ending up as a ‘solutions architect’ (getting computer systems to do what the business wanted) in the strategy team for a large mobile phone company in the UK. By 2004, I was working 60 miles from home, paying someone to do my garden, clean the house and walk my dogs. So I wasn't happy when a couple of large projects I was passionate about (and had worked long hours on) had been stopped for financial reasons.
I realised that I needed to do something different. Something that I could keep doing until I 'pop my clogs'. Luckily, voluntary redundancy was offered so I took it and plunged into a different world.
I went off to Peru with Alberto Villoldo's shamanic school and this led to me practicing a variety of holistic therapies - e-Lybra9 bio-resonance, shamanism, homeopathy, essences and much more.
It took years of seeing results for me to accept that this weird and wonderful stuff does work – so I don’t expect others to make that leap of faith in one jump – please give it a try though!
Each hurdle in my own life has made me dig deep to find a way to bounce back. This now allows me to support others to do the same.
