Property space clearing is for any property/business/piece of land you own or have stewardship of.

Why would I have my property space cleared?

If you notice something strange going on there, repeated patterns of peculiar outcomes perhaps or just an unpleasant atmosphere then it is worth considering space clearing. There is a lot you can do yourself (see my blog on this topic) and it is definitely worth trying that before employing my services. I see space clearing as an important thing to do regularly in my home and office.

Typical reasons people have asked me to space clear properties:

A house isn't selling - Examples. For one gorgeous house where viewers came, never gave feedback or had a second viewing. After the session the house was sold and a new home was found within a week or so! For another, there was always a mess outside the house when viewers turned up which put them off. After the session this stopped.
House purchase slow - On one occasion there seemed to be a constant stream of new problems and the vendor just didn't seem to ever get organised to move things on so we ran a space clearing on the new home. Things started flowing again quickly.
Strange things happening in the home/business. Perhaps the occupants feel unable to get stuff done or feel miserable there. Perhaps the flow of income is stunted in some way. It might be that there are heavy energies left from a previous owner that have stuck in the walls of the house. Your own family's or business partner's arguments or bickering can also drag the energy down.

My work is always with the intention that all involved are able to move forward in the best way possible. There is no battling or cutting out of 'nasties'. This work is purely moving things back to the best flow there can be at this time.

What do you do?

I work from some simple information that you provide - the address, a photo, perhaps a map of the perimeter of the location, what is going on that you feel needs to be addressed.

Then I use a mixture of my shamanic tuning in and my e-Lybra0 bio-resonance remote balancing (that I can leave going for a good amount of time if necessary) to do the work. I dowse at the end to check that everything that can be done has been done at this time.

Then we wait and see what happens!
